Anthony holds the WSET Level III Award in Wines, is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is a Certified Champagne Specialist through the Comité Champagne. His education combines rigorous technical training with years of tasting, studying, and exploring wines from many of the world’s most respected regions. His expertise includes food and wine pairing, wine service, cellar management, sensory evaluation, and building thoughtfully curated wine programs that celebrate both iconic producers and emerging winemakers.

As the founder of Fatherhood Wines, Anthony has also developed a wine brand with a purpose. Inspired by the lessons, responsibilities, and legacy of fatherhood, each wine tells a story that extends beyond the bottle. That same philosophy shapes Père & Fils—creating a place where exceptional wine, outstanding cuisine, and meaningful conversations come together around the table.
