At Père & Fils, that experience begins with our Founder and Head Sommelier, Anthony Dale, whose vision is to make every guest feel welcomed, every meal thoughtfully paired, and every visit worthy of returning.


Anthony's journey into wine has been driven by an unwavering belief that wine should never feel intimidating. While deeply rooted in tradition and the craftsmanship of the world's great wine regions, his approach is centered on hospitality first. Whether you're discovering wine for the first time or are an experienced collector, Anthony believes every guest deserves a personalized experience that reflects their palate, curiosity, and occasion.


Anthony holds the WSET Level III Award in Wines, is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is a Certified Champagne Specialist through the Comité Champagne. His education combines rigorous technical training with years of tasting, studying, and exploring wines from many of the world's most respected regions. His expertise includes food and wine pairing, wine service, cellar management, sensory evaluation, and building thoughtfully curated wine programs that celebrate both iconic producers and emerging winemakers.


As the founder of Fatherhood Wines, Anthony has also developed a wine brand with a purpose. Inspired by the lessons, responsibilities, and legacy of fatherhood, each wine tells a story that extends beyond the bottle. That same philosophy shapes Père & Fils—creating a place where exceptional wine, outstanding cuisine, and meaningful conversations come together around the table.
